What is Individualised Living Options (ILO) & the Concierge Model?
ILO offers flexible living solutions where participants receive support based on their specific needs while maintaining independence.
ILO Support Model:
• Minimum 6 hours of support per day (can be face-to-face or remote)
• Assistance with daily activities, appointments, and personal goals
• Ideal for those who prefer more autonomy but still need structured support
Concierge Model:
• 3 hours of support per day with 24/7 staff available within the same vicinity
• Perfect for participants who want independence with on-demand access to support
• Available at select locations, including Ryrie Street, Geelong
